We only provide loans to businesses, including Home-Based business. We do not offer residential loans.

We provide Unsecured Small Business loans from $5,000.00 to $150,000.00. Loans are based on your business "income".

Minimum time in business 1 year. Credit scores as low as 500.

Payback term is generally from 3 to 18 months.

Our lending parameters are flexible and are not necessarily credit score driven.

We are mainly interested in seeing a strong cash flow and good payment history. This demonstrates the performance of your business and can help you to qualify for business loans from $5,000 up to $150,000. We review your business performance and your credit history. In this way, we can approve businesses that most lenders would turn away.

We tailor your small business loan to fit your business. We base our decision on the type of payments you accept from your customers. I.E. checks and cash only, or checks & credit cards, Cash only, or a combination of those. We Tailor your loan according to your ability to pay.

Since our small business loan has 3 -18 month terms, it is perfect to help generate new revenue within the loans' payback time frame. Paying for this year's inventory well into next year is not healthy for your business which can cause the "running after the ball" syndrome.
